Anne Zok, Nutrition Manager at Western University, wrote an article about FRESH that was featured in the CCUFSA magazine.
She explains how FRESH is a research based, peer nutrition education program, that was developed by students in the Masters of Food and Nutritional Sciences program at Brescia University College. The various components of FRESH are outlined, including FRESH Ed, FRESH 4U, FRESH Approved, and FRESH Frequent User Fruit and Dairy Cards.
