Researchers Awarded $50K to Improve Food Culture in High Schools – OHEA Food Literacy Blog

FRESH was featured in the OHEA Food Literacy blog for receiving a Healthy Eating in Secondary Schools grant from the Ministry of Education, to launch FRESH High at Oakridge Secondary School.

Dr. Matthews, Dr. Dworatzek and Diane O’Shea will work with 20 students from the high school to implement the program. “Oakridge students will receive mentoring and orientation to be empowered participants in FRESH High.”
